Spend 9 to 10 hours visiting two family-run wine estates in Amarante and the Douro Valley. Expect WSET-trained guides such as José, Luis, Pedro, or George, around 10 to 12 tastings, regional food, a fire-opened Vintage Port, and a one-hour private cruise from Pinhão.

Cruise from Queenstown to Walter Peak on the Spirit of Queenstown or TSS Earnslaw, then join a guided farm tour with animal encounters, sheep shearing, working dogs, and afternoon tea. Guides such as Josh, Mia, Ashley, and Amy have made the farm visit especially engaging, but vessel choice and availability can change.

Travel from Amsterdam to Daan and Anja’s tulip farm, where you’ll walk among the fields and learn how bulbs are grown. Then cruise Kagerplassen past working windmills before spending about four hours at Keukenhof. Driver-guides such as Peter, Gilbert, and Martin add commentary, and you can return to Amsterdam on any HopOn HopOff Holland bus by 6:30pm.

Start with a 20 to 25-minute airboat ride through the Everglades, including fast turns, splashes, and possible wildlife sightings. Then explore Everglades Alligator Farm, where English-speaking guides lead alligator feeding and handling shows. You can also see crocodiles, reptiles, birds, bobcats, fennec foxes, kinkajous, and capybaras.
