★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 3,786 reviews · 5 hours (approx.) · from $120Our pick

Ride by speedboat or land transport from Puerto Vallarta to Los Veranos, then tackle 19 rainforest ziplines with guides such as Pepe, Edgar, and Chica. Expect steep steps, river views, a tequila tasting, optional lunch, waterslides, kayaks, and a small animal area with monkeys, boas, toucans, and iguanas.

“The experience was amazing! My first language is Spanish but all the people spoke English as well! It was easy to find them after our cruise arrived, we went walking and took us maybe 10 min? Or less maybe. The car that took us where everything happened gave us an amazing ride where we saw a lot of puerto Vallarta, beautiful sights and it took around an hour. They were kind and funny, though some sexist jokes (it’s 2025 friends, your mom or sister jokes are NOT funny). The food was good too but we were sad the pictures were SO EXPENSIVE. 70 dls for the quality of those pics…”

Captain-led stops include Cenote Negro, Pirate Canal, and Bird Island, with two swims, seasonal fruit, beer, and water. Guides such as Leo, Cami, Zazil, and Maria are known for friendly service and calm, informative sailing.

“Great tour! It was nice to only have a small group (about 6), there were two groups which set of on separate boats. Both of our crew were lovely and friendly. The water is beautiful, both areas we swum in were crystal clear. We also had plenty of time, it didn't feel rushed at all. Only thing to note (which I wasn't aware of) is that you can't wear sunscreen in the lagoon, you're asked to shower when you arrive if so. Some people had long sleeve tops to swim in, which I'd recommend as I got quite sunburnt.”
